The new development will be a purpose built building in Alfred St, locally owned, with WK being the principal tenant leasing the first and second floors.

The construction will be carried out by local firm Robinson Construction. All going to plan we are hopeful the WK brand will be visible in Alfred Street come February 2017 and operational by March 2017.
