Recently, WK Advisor Jenna Gilbert undertook the training necessary to become one of the four Accredited Mindshop Facilitators at the firm.
Mindshop arms business advisors with the tools they need to add value to the service they offer clients.
“I have always loved the idea of Mindshop and being able to help people, which is something I really enjoy doing,” Jenna says.
“Having been brought up around a family owned business, I have experienced first-hand how rewarding yet challenging it can be at the same time.”
In order to gain recognition as an accredited facilitator, Jenna had to complete 10 online courses, studying a wide range of advisory skills and tools, and then putting them into practice.
“Sometimes as a business owner, it can be difficult to know if you are on the right track or to know where to look to improve that bottom line (profit or loss figure). With this understanding, it inspired me to become a Mindshop facilitator,” Jenna says.
“Being able to use the strategic tools with our clients, we can look past the numbers to identify key areas, and help them gain clarity around where they are now, where they want to be, and how they are going to get there.”
