All senior staff members have 20 hours sponsored by WK each year to allow them to lend their skills to community organisations including charities and sports clubs in both Marlborough and Canterbury.

Our team are passionate about making a difference in our community and have donated thousands of hours so far as treasurers, committee members, fundraisers and ambassadors for organisations including Hospice Marlborough, Marlborough Zonta Club, Post Natal Depression Marlborough Charitable Trust, the SPCA, Marlborough Rugby, and the Queen Charlotte Yacht Club.

The 20 hours are just the beginning of the hours our staff dedicate to making our regions better places to live work and play, we think that’s pretty cool.
