We also know you are constantly faced with the problem of finding time to carry out those tedious admin tasks.
Xero payment services is a tool which can help you manage your customer payments and provide your customers with a fast, easy way to pay you on receipt of invoice.
Xero has recently included PayPal and Stripe to their online Payment Services (Stripe is pending full launch in New Zealand). There are also other accredited providers as listed below:
? Braintree
? DPS Payment Express
? eWAY
You must first have an account with any of these online payment providers before you can use Xero payment services.
How it works:
You will set up the payment service in Xero by navigating to “Payment Services” from your Settings tab in Xero. From here “Manage Themes” allows you to apply the service to the invoice branding theme. How it works:
Then when you email an invoice to a customer, they will receive a link in the email directing them to an online invoice, which will give them a “Pay Now” option. Once paid, Xero automatically marks the sales invoice as paid.
If you have both Credit Card Merchant Service and PayPal, your customers can choose to pay with their credit card or via PayPal.
