You may have noticed the hive of construction activity at our new office site in Grove Rd, Blenheim.
WK director Matt Kerr says the new three-story building is being built for a local developer by Marlborough construction company Robinson’s and is the latest in a series of changes at WK.
“There’s been a fundamental shift in the way we operate over the past few years, from the modernisation of our brand, the innovative software we use, to the way we communicate internally and with our clients.
“We wanted our new office space to reflect and support that approach, by enabling us to work more cohesively and efficiently.”
A lot of thought and research has gone into the design of the offices to create a highly functional space that fosters a collaborative, transparent atmosphere for both clients and staff, Matt says.
The first floor will have a large cafe-style lounge area plus two board rooms and a number of smaller meeting rooms, which WK clients would also be welcome to make use of. The top floor will be about 90% open plan and would be home to most of WK’s 50 staff.
Other businesses would take up residence on the ground floor.
