On top of picking up the Mindshop Rising Star Award in 2017 and the Xero MVP NZ award in 2013, Neil has also been a guest speaker at conferences for both organisations.
Despite the recognition, Neil views his most rewarding achievement as his success to date in helping his clients reach their goals, from an improvement in profit, staff development to helping them achieve a better work-life balance.
With more than two decades in the industry, Neil has been a driver of change and views the ability to add value to a business as the core of his role as an accountant and business advisor in 2018.
This means having the ability to assess business needs, present data to clients in a meaningful way, highlight any key issues and help clients with moving their business forward.
Neil joined WK in 2004 after 11 years with PwC and has loved getting involved with the Marlborough community both personally and through work.
Outside of work, Neil makes the most of the brilliant Marlborough lifestyle with his wife Mil and daughters Maddy and Jes and can be found shredding the Wither Hills Mountain Bike Trails most weekends.
